Bar owner in custody for apparent accidental shooting

Guy Spitale of Amite and owner of Guy's Oyster Bar (Corner Bar) has been taken to the Amite Police Department for an accidental shooting.
Apparently Spitale was arguing with a person in his establishment and the argument escalated and Spitale fired a gun. The bullet did not hit the person he was arguing with but the bullet hit a female patron that was apparently trying to intervene.
The woman was taken to the hospital with what at the time is being reported as minimal injuries.
Spitale has not been booked in as of yet.
