Anthony J. Golman, a resident of Roseland, died at 12:35 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Children's Hospital in New Orleans. He was born October 28, 2003 in Covington, LA and was 6 years of age. Visitation at Roseland Baptist Church from 6 p.m. on Thursday until religious services at 10 a.m. on Friday. Services conducted by Rev. Tommy Hicks. Interment Amite Memorial Gardens, Amite. He is survived by his mother, Ashley Burch, Roseland; father, Anthony Golman, Independence; sister, Allie Golman, Roseland; maternal grandparents, Toni Ensign and Matthew Ensign, Roseland, Robert Burch, Tickfaw.

Mrs. Velma B. Noel a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister was born October 24, 1939 and passed away at 12:43 a.m., Monday, March 8, 2010 at Hood Memorial Hospital, Amite. She was 70, a native of Lockport, LA and resident of Amite.

Faye Marie Tigner Price was called home on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 11:50 a.m. She was a native of Riverton, Alabama and a resident of Kentwood. "Miss" Faye was well known to many, as she worked in the medical field for many years. She was an employee of Pike Memorial Hospital, Kentwood Medical Clinic and Lab Corp. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Kentwood and loved her church family dearly. She loved sewing, quilting, and traveling. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she cared for many along the way. "Miss" Faye was well loved and will be missed by many.

Virginia "Ginnie" Hoffman Wilcox

John Gregory Frazier was born September 11, 1957 and passed away at 9:30 p.m., Saturday, February 27, 2010 at his residence. He was 53, a native of Houma and a resident of Ponchatoula.
John is survived by his daughter, Mellissa Frazier, Chatham ; his ex-wife, Triss Frazier-Knox, Chatham; a sister, Linda La Bruzza & husband Tony, Marrero; a brother, Wade Keith Frazier, Houma; 2 nephews, 1 niece and 1 great nephew.
Preceded in death by his parents, Gene L. & Mary Jane Frazier, a nephew, Norman “Budha“ Glisson, Jr.

Michael Perez, a resident of Amite, died at 11:33 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Belle Maison Nursing Home in Hammond. He was born September 16, 1918 in Tickfaw and was 91 years of age. Visitation at St. Helena Catholic Church, Amite, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 Noon Saturday conducted by Fr. Joe Camilleri. Interment Mulberry Street Cemetery, Amite, LA. He is survived by his sister, Josephine Currier, Amite and numerous nieces and nephews.
