The TRACC Coalition (Tangipahoa Reshaping Attitudes for Community Change) has been working for the last 24 months on assessing these issues. We want to provide an open forum for the residents of Tangipahoa Parish to hear about our strategies to combat the negative consequences of alcohol use by our youth & young adults.
