21st District Court: Convictions - December 16, 2013

AMITE- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on December 16, 2013, before Judge Bruce Bennett, and either pleaded guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:
Ricky Boudreaux, age 18, of Kentwood, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Raymond Darson, age 34, of Tangipahoa, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Gary Gauthreaux, age 26, of Belle Chasse, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Milton Hoyt, age 69, of Amite, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Johnny Kelly, Jr., age 39, of Hammond, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
William Martinez, III, age 48, of Loranger, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Ashley Pidgeon, age 29, of Reserve, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. She was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. She must also pay a $709.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Dylan Solomon, age 39, of Amite, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Hunter St. Cry, age 24, of Springfield, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Marco White, age 30, of Hammond, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
Keith Agerton, age 44, of Akers, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay a $684.00 fine, and complete 32 hours of community service and special conditions of probation.
