Students clean gutters, hang Christmas lights outside, clean light fixtures, and pressure wash the patio and porch areas. This is the 6th year students have visited the hospice center and according to SHS teacher Deana Simmons the tradition will continue as long as she is able to take students to do so. The students chose to decorate the tree with this year’s gala theme “Through The Looking Glass.” Students who participated are Macy Booty, Morgan Goings, Kyle Primes, Lee Verret, Devan Roberts, Makayla Taylor, Lauren Mearidy, Taeona Griffin, Trinity Golman, Emily Phelps, Seth Tolar, Jasie Sims, Madeline Williams, Adia Hunt, Hope Brister, Lacie Coutee, and Deana Simmons, teacher.
