Jackets preview new-look offense in spring scrimmage

Last Thursday Oak Forest Academy football hosted Adams County in a spring scrimmage at home.

The scrimmage was structured in a way where both teams would alternate sides of the ball after two full possessions starting from midfield. Possession would end after a score, turnover, or turnover on downs.

The Jackets previewed a newlook offense with soon to be senior quarterback Brad Lamonte under center. Rather than the power run oriented offense that fans were used to seeing over the past several years, the Jackets displayed several spread sets that featured deep shots downfield.
